CrossFit prepares you for the unknown. It prepares you for physical and mental challenges that you cannot anticipate. To do this, we must take you outside your comfort zone. It is only here that you can grow.
In the spirit of this - CrossFit Stuttgart will not be posting the WODs on the website for two weeks. Through this experiment we hope to help our athletes reach the next level of readiness for the unknown. Don't worry if you have an injury or soreness or difficulty with a particular movement -- our coaches will always be able to scale and adjust for you. Come prepared and motivated to overcome any challenge!
