Strict press as many reps as possible then immediately push press as many reps as possible). x5

Front Squat (40/30)

Rest two min (put away barbell at Mitte)

-Burpee pull-ups
-Alternating kettlebell clean and press (12/20)

Work to 1RM (10min)
Then, lower to 60-70%
