Workout of the Day 3 October 2014
It's Friday, athletes!
At CrossFit Stuttgart, we've been working to improve our programming raise the fitness of all of our athletes. Can't make it Monday-Thursday? That's what Friday is for.
Today, chose a WOD from the week that you missed, come into the gym, and give it a go. Focus specifically on the strength portions of the workout -- especially if you missed lifts that address your weaknesses. Coaches are available during open gym times to help you make up what you missed.
If you missed squats -- squat.
If you missed deadliest -- deadlift.
Presses? Pull ups? You get the idea.
