Workout of the Day 24 October 2014
It's Friday, athletes!
At CrossFit Stuttgart, we've been working to improve our programming so to raise the fitness of all of our athletes. Can't make it Monday-Thursday? That's what Friday is for.
Today, chose a WOD from the week that you missed, come into the gym, and give it a go. Focus specifically on the strength portions of the workout -- especially if you missed lifts that address your weaknesses. Coaches are available during open gym times to help you make up what you missed.
If you missed squats -- squat.
If you missed deadlifts -- deadlift.
Presses? Pull ups? You get the idea.
