Back Squat 5x4 (85%) 5 rounds: 40 seconds Dumbbell thrusters (7.5/12kg) 20 seconds rest 40 seconds Pull ups 20 seconds rest 40 seconds Double Unders 20 seconds rest Score is the lowest amount of reps completed in a single round. For example, if the last round you do 2 thrusters, half a pull up, and 1 double under, the score is 3.
