1. 3 strict press, start at 60% and increase load

2. 10 box jumps

Then,

30 wall balls (14/20)

30 burpees

400m run

20 wall balls

20 Burpees

400m run

10 wall balls

10 burpees

WEILIMDORF

15 min to work up to 1RM jerk

No more than 5 heavy attempts

20m yoke sled push (130/150kg)

Followed immediately by:

50 kettlebell swings (hand to hand, 12/20)

40 air squats

30 shoulder touches 

40 air squats

50 kettlebell swings
