In relay teams of two, complete:
Round 1: 500 Meter Run 30 Pull Ups 30 Weighted Burpee Box Jumps Round 2: 500 Meter Run 30 Ring Rows 30 Double Unders Round 3: 500 Meter Run 50m Farmers Carry (24kg/32kg) 30 Air Squat Round 4: 500 Meter Run 30 Push ups 30m walking lunges with the barbell in the front rack position (30kg/40kg) Each partner completes the round one at a time, then they can move on the next round when the second partner completes the each round. E.g., Jane does Round 1 while Jack rests. When Jane is done, Jack does Round 1. Jane rests until Jack is finished with Round 1, then starts round 2 while Jack rests, and so on.
