Snatch (15 min to find 1RM Snatch) B. : In teams of 2: Assault Bike Sprint Intervals Partner A, Sprints on the assault bike for 10 seconds, while Partner B rests. At the end of 10 seconds, partners have 10 seconds to switch before Partner B starts their 10 second sprint. This continues until partners hit 200 calories.
