With a continuous running clock for 45mins complete:
2 x 400m Run/Row (alternate partners after 400 m. 1 round= 2x400m run)
10 Box Jumps
20 Sit Ups
30 Wall Balls (10/ 6)
3 Ring Muscle ups or 5 Ring Rows
10 Toes to Bar
Thrusters (42.5/ 30kg)
Score = time to complete 2 400m and rounds and reps for each AMRAP.
REPS can be broken up however the pair chooses
