"Strict Tabata" Tabata strict Pull-ups (or ring rows) 1 min rest Tabata Air squats 1 min rest Tabata hanging knees to chest (no kipping) 1 min rest Tabata double unders 1 min rest Tabata Ring Dips (or box dips) Cashout: coaches choice (time dependent) The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. WOD score is the combined total of all Tabata exercises (remember: only the smallest number from each Tabata set counts...pace yourself!!)
