Strict Supinated-Grip Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 5-8 reps @ 21X1
L-Sit Hold x 30-45 seconds
B. Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets):
Run 400 Meters
15/10 Unbroken Wall Balls
