How to Join 0711 CrossFit

It’s true. We’re open. So sign up, already!

If you’re new to CrossFit, have no fear. Under the “Schedule” tab above, see what times we are offering a “Beginner Introduction” class. Click “sign up” and follow the steps for registering an account and signing up. These classes are completely free and there is no commitment to join afterwards. If you like CrossFit, great! If not, no hard feelings, it’s not for everyone.

If you’re an experienced CrossFitter, check out the schedule and come on in. For your first class, you will need to arrive about 10 minutes early to register and provide payment. Our online payment system is not yet live (we expect it will be in a couple days), so until then you need to show up to a class in person to sign up. 

About our schedule:

Beginner Introduction – This is a free class open to all. Usually, this class will be made by appointment. Because so many of our athletes are new CrossFit, we have set aside time on the schedule specifically to introduce it.

 WOD – This means Workout of the Day. Most CrossFit classes will be WODs.

Olympic Weightlifting– This is a class focused on lifting. We encourage all members, beginner or not, to try this class. Usually, Olympic Lifting will only be offered on Tuesdays (18:00) and Thursdays (19:00), but for our first month we are offering these classes more often so our members have the opportunity to gain more exposure to these amazing movements. These sessions will be lead by a professional weightlifting coach. We believe these are movements that require significant practice and coaching.

Yoga – That’s right. We have yoga. Yoga instruction is offered in English and open to all members on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons.
