(5x5 @ heaviest weight possible)
With a Snatch Grip, sit down into the absolute bottow of the Squat. Then perform strict presses in the bottom of that squat.
Every 90 Seconds for 15 minutes (10 sets):
5 Push Press (70/45)
10 Lateral Bar Burpees
Post WOD work
