March 1 is the first day of the CrossFit Open! It's also Tina's birthday! So, join us for the open WOD at 10:30, followed by a potluck party around noon to celebrate our accomplishments, our community, and Tina's big birthday! Then, it's CFS night out at Mrs Jones, starting at 21:30! Send us a note below to get on the list for the VIP area.
