It's Friday, athletes!

At CrossFit Stuttgart, we've been working to improve our programming so to raise the fitness of all of our athletes. Can't make it Monday-Thursday? That's what Friday is for. 

Today, chose a WOD from the week that you missed, come into the gym, and give it a go. Focus specifically on the strength portions of the workout -- especially if you missed lifts that address your weaknesses. Coaches are available during open gym times to help you make up what you missed. 

If you missed squats -- squat.

If you missed deadlifts -- deadlift.

Presses? Pull ups? You get the idea.

All the WODs are posted on our schedule. Sign up so we know you plan on working out. If it's your first time, no problem. Just register through Mind Body Online. All classes this Saturday are free. 

Paleo and non-Paleo food will be supplied by China Garden -- the only restaurant in Stuttgart with an exclusively paleo menu.

DIRECTIONS: 

Take the S6 to the stop KORNTAL. 

The box is a ten minute walk from the station, just across from the "Getranke Keck" and behind the "Jack Pot Casino"

If you are driving, Park on the STREET (not in the parking lot in front of the Casino).
