Press in Split Jerk position
(5 x 5 @70% of your 1RM strict press)

Feet should be positioned in the Split Jerk catch position.  Then perform 5 strict presses in that position.  We are working our Overhead position in the Jerk.

B. :
Back Squat to Parallel
(5 x 5 at 75% of your 1RM BS)

Should be very hard by sets 4/5! If not, go up slightly. No bounce out of the bottom, stop at parallel!

C. :
5 Rounds for time:
200 meter plate carry
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. 

There is no rest between exercises. 

Post total reps from all 32 intervals.

Easiest way to do this is to keep a constant count of each station.  Write down the reps after each movement, then add all 4 at the end.

Snatch Grip Deadlift

This should be extremely taxing on your hamstrings and posterior chain.  Ensure proper form is maintained, but dont be afraid to test the water.  ADD WEIGHT WHEN YOU FEEL GOOD.

D. :
AMRAP in 10 minutes of :
10 Dumbbell Snatch
10 Hand release push ups
10 V-ups

RX+:
Dumbbell Weight - Heavy as shit!!  At least 30 KG
Hand stand push ups
GHD sit ups or TTB
