30 days of clean eating complete!

For the past 30 days, CrossFit Stuttgart athletes have been challenging themselves to eat and live well. As part of our 30 Day Nutrition Challenge, we are measuring not only our body composition but also our performance. As such, we encourage Nutrition challengers to try to see how they improve at a few of the technically simpler benchmarks. 

Even if you did not take part in the challenge, test yourself at the gym today. Can you do better than 30 days ago? Do one or more of the following:
